Cancellation Policy

Makeup Class can only be attended if the student has signed up for the class online. Students can only sign up for this class 24 hours in advance. Class is to be utilized as a makeup class only and cannot be used as a normal class time. If a student/parent cancels their booking, their spot will be offered to the next student on the waitlist. Grandmaster Merafuentes reserves the right to remove a student's ability to sign up for this class if it is found that a student is consistently and/or consecutively signing up for the makeup class instead of attending their normal scheduled class times or if a student signs up for the makeup class and then does not attend without canceling their booking.
